Bradley Sullivan

Corporate Controller

 

Mr. Sullivan joined Astrotech as an Accounting Manager in March 2014, and in the same year was promoted to Corporate Controller. Mr. Sullivan brings 15 years of experience in SEC Reporting for public companies. He started off with Arthur Andersen, quickly moving over to Ernst & Young and continuing public accounting for the next five years. Mr. Sullivan then joined PRB Energy as a Controller. PRB was a small public oil and gas exploration company. There, Mr. Sullivan directed a team of seven individuals to do all aspects of accounting and human resources. Mr. Sullivan then moved to Summit Utility, a natural gas distribution company, where he quickly moved up to the position of Director of Strategic Planning. Here, Mr. Sullivan worked with the sole equity holder JPMorgan Chase to direct the Company in future growth and projects pursued. Mr. Sullivan helped raise capital and debt to finance all future endeavors. 

Mr. Sullivan has a Masters of Accountancy and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Texas State University. He is also a certified public accountant in good standing in the states of Colorado, Missouri, and Texas.
