SPACEHAB Employees Receive Coveted NASA Award

Houston, Texas (November 18, 2004) -

NASA's admired Silver Snoopy Award, a commendation bestowed only upon those who have demonstrated outstanding performance in support of NASA's space flight program, has recently been awarded to two SPACEHAB, Inc. employees, Georgia Hurst and Miles Graham.

Hurst was awarded the Silver Snoopy for her continued cooperative spirit and consummate professionalism toward International Space Station configuration management efforts. She was presented with this honor by astronaut Andrew Feustel who will take his first flight as part of the Expedition 11 crew.

Three-time space veteran, Dr. Richard Linnehan, was on hand for Graham's Silver Snoopy presentation. Graham earned this decoration for his tireless efforts and unerring performance to International Space Station logistics missions and for his superior management of SPACEHAB's previous research and logistics mission support contract with NASA.

Also known as the astronaut's personal achievement award, the Silver Snoopy is presented for either a single outstanding effort or for continuous outstanding performance.
